User is unable to print the bill after GINESYS has been installed for the first time.

CAUSE

There are many probable causes for this issue to appear-

A probable resolution of this issue might be achieved by following the given steps:

Run a test print and see if it is working fine. Otherwise contact your IT maintenance.
Go to the POS Terminal settings – Reports tab. Here select and tag the Report Layout (.rpt)
Install Crystal Report 13.0.20.
Install .Net Framework 4.6.2.
