Much Faster Incentive Calculation

Bulk creation of POS Customers shifted to 'Ginesys One - Customer Repository' Portal

What’s Changing

Enterprises hosted on-cloud for whom 'Ginesys one-Customer Repository' is activated - Bulk creation of POS customers would now be done from the G1-CR portal only. If Ginesys Loyalty is applicable for the POS customers, only in such case, ERP Excel import can be used for POS customer creation/updation.
Reason being: Bulk POS customers should be created in the G1-CR portal as a source system. Since Loyalty is not yet handled there, we are allowing such cases from ERP. Once the Loyalty is shifted, bulk creation will discontinue from the ERP.

No Impact
Enterprises who are ‘on-prem' or 'On-Cloud' for whom 'Ginesys One-Customer Repository’ is not yet activated, there is no change in the excel import behaviour.

New Implementation behaviour
For new Enterprise Onboarding, bulk creation of POS customers would take place in the G1-CR portal and not in Ginesys ERP. Except, if Customers use Ginesys Loyalty.

Will there be any change in customer creation from the POS and ERP UI?
Ans - No, that process stays exactly the same. There are no changes in customer creation from the POS and ERP UI.
