New Bulk Data Import Utility

1. Ledger & Site Allocation in Subledger
   Path: Admin → Utilities → Data Import → 'Ledger and Site Allocation in Subledger Master'
   A new Excel-based bulk import option has been added, allowing users to allocate or update Ledgers and Sites in the Subledger Master at scale eliminating the earlier need for manual, one-by-one updates.

2. Site Allocation in General Ledger
   Path: Admin → Utilities → Data Import → ‘Site Allocation in General Ledger’
   Users can now allocate or delete sites in bulk from the Ledger Master using Excel import, simplifying maintenance and reducing manual effort.

Enhancement in Ginesys - WMS App

1. WMS App now processes Large Picklists (1000+ bins) efficiently

The WMS mobile app has been optimized to handle high-volume picklists more efficiently now. App can process picklist with more than 1000 bins efficiently without making the users wait for long.

2. WMS Putaway – Negative Stock Validation Now Also on Save

The WMS mobile app already checks for negative stock at the time of each item scan, but earlier no validation was done at the time of Save. This could allow two or more users to save putaway entries from the same stock point and push stock into negative. With this release, the app now re-validates all items on Save, preventing negative stock when multiple users work on the same stock point in parallel.

This validation is controlled by the Inventory profile setting “Negative Stock Alert Method”:

• If set to STOP – the system will block Save on stock turning negative.

• WARN will behave as IGNORE on the handheld device (no block on Save).

Enhancement in API User & User Profile

• API User Master now supports Profile, Lock Days, and Site Tagging, ensuring API posting is allowed only for assigned sites and follows the tagged profile validations and lock-day check.

  

• In Profile Master, profiles that are not applicable for APIs are now clearly marked, so users can easily identify which profiles are not relevant for API.
