Enable Anti-Theft Mode for RFID scanning

Zwing’s RFID-based scanning offers an Add-On Feature: Anti-Theft Mode. Enabling this feature provides enhanced theft protection during checkout operations, ensuring a more secure and efficient retail experience.
Follow these steps to enable the Anti-Theft Mode functionality in Zwing POS:

  1. In the Policies section, under RFID Scanning, locate the option Enable Anti-Theft Mode for Scanning. Simply toggle the button to On to enable this feature.

  2. Once the Anti-Theft Mode is enabled, you can add a delimiter to separate the EPC code from the product details.

If you don't specify a delimiter, the system will automatically use "@" as the default delimiter to separate the EPC code from other data.
