Ways to Interact with EaseMyGST

EaseMyGST offers three ways to upload your data: Manual CSV upload, SFTP, and API method.

Manual CSV Upload

You can manually upload your data in CSV format. Follow these steps:

1. Go to EaseMyGST: EaseMyGST Dashboard

2. Navigate to: Resource -> Utilities -> Click on input format

3. Download the input format and upload your data.

SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol)

You can use SFTP to transfer your data securely. Here’s how:

1. Create a secured location to store your data.

2. Provide read-only access to EaseMyGST to pull your data.

3. Go to: EaseMyGST Settings

4. Share your SFTP URL and Port Number.

5. Set up a schedule to automatically upload data weekly or as needed.

API Method

Integrate EaseMyGST with your ERP system using our API. Here's what you need to do:

1. Use the EaseMyGST API to upload your data.

2. Data can be uploaded in either CSV or JSON format.

3. Set up a scheduler to automate daily uploads with minimal human intervention.
