Unique Name Validation for Category Hierarchy

CONSOLE Product import

We have updated the validations for product import to prevent duplicates within category hierarchies.

When creating or updating products using import, if you have entered the same name in more than one category levels in a hierarchy, Zwing Console will show the following error: Parent and child category name should not be same.

A user is trying to create a product with 3-level category hierarchy using import, but entered duplicate values in the uploaded CSV file as shown below:

On importing the file, Zwing Console will not allow creation of the product and throw an error.
