Sales Person Assignment is necessary at the time of POS billing for incentive purposes. If the POS site is HO controlled and HO set the policy to assign salesperson for that site, then salesperson assignment is mandatory with POS billing. This article describes how to Assign Salesperson in Ginesys POS.  

Pre-requisites

  1. A salesperson must be created.
  2. A minimum of one item must be present in the bill. 

Step-by-step guide

The process is divided in the following steps:

  1. Go to Ginesys POS > Item or press F2 > Assign Sales Person.
  2. Select Sales Person window will open.
  3. Select the salesperson whom you want to assign to the POS Bill.
  4. Click on the Select button. 
  5. The selected salesperson will be populated in the Salesperson column of the Bill Details section.
