Dynamic Customer Forms

Customer Service brings you the power to create tailor-made customer forms with custom fields, that can be used to onboard customers across other Ginesys One Apps, or Third-party apps.

Customer Management

Customer Service unifies all customers created from various channels, and makes them accessible in the Customers module. You can now add internal comments with up to 5 file attachments for a customer, and directly access Customer Outstanding Report from the summary page itself. We have improved bulk customer import that help you create new and update existing customers using a single file.

Customer Groups

Simplified Groups in Customer Service help you categorize your customers the way you want. We have added new bulk actions that let you add or remove customers from a group with ease.
