Gift Voucher Management

Gift Vouchers module in Customer Service acts as a centralised repository for managing voucher creation, sales, and redemptions across all connected channels. It ensures seamless integration between eCommerce platforms and physical stores using Ginesys One Apps, providing a consistent experience.

Transaction Format

You can now customise transaction number formats, allowing you to customise the structure of voucher codes generated for each voucher group. Tap here to know more about transaction formats.

Store Clusters

Customer Service allows you to group multiple stores into a Cluster for use when configuring gift vouchers – allowing the redemption of vouchers exclusively for that cluster, creating a more targeted and controlled redemption process. Learn how to create a store cluster here.
