Scenario:

1. Go to Database Locator > Utilities (tab) > Rebuild Indexes (button).

2. Run Rebulid Index.

3. Stop Rebulid Index. Observe that Partial Indexes are created.

4. Now run rebuild index again. Observe rebuild Index still aborting after partial index formation.
