How to add an offline channel

Adding Offline store:

  • Add a channel; click on add this; Add channel title; channel short code; add channel.

 

  • A new offline channel has been added to your browntape account.

How to manually and an offline order on Browntape

Steps to follow to add an offline order:

  • ·        Login in to your Browntape account.

 

 

  • ·        Click on Add an Order

 

 

  • ·        Fill in all the necessary details using Drop downs and click on Submit to create an order.

    Click on submit.

Adding orders in Bulk on Browntape:

  • ·        On the channels page, go to the settings under your offline store.

  • ·        Below is a sample CVV file where you need to download ; then add order details about the order. All the fields mentioned are mandatory.

  • ·        Upload this file.; from the device.

  • ·        Drag and drop the CSV file in the space provided. Upload data by submitting the same.
