Connected Apps in Customer Service

Customer Service allows you to connect with Ginesys One apps and other Third Party apps to – customise customer onboarding forms for every connected app, as well as enable gift voucher sale or redemption across multiple connected channels.


View & Manage Connected Apps

From the sidebar menu go to Settings → Connected Apps to open the Connected Apps page. Here you can view previously connected Ginesys One or third party apps.

Tap on any app to open the Connected App Details page, where you can view app related information and modify the app’s configuration for Customer Service or deactivate the app.

Connect a new App

Follow these steps to connect a new app to Customer Service:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Connected Apps to open the Connected Apps page.

  2. Tap on the Connect New App button on the top right.

  1. Browse through the available apps and tap on the one you wish to connect.

  1. On the App details page, tap on the Connect button.

  2. In the dialog that opens, add the required information to complete the configuration.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected another app with Customer Service.


Update Customer Form for a Connected App

Follow these steps to change the customer onboarding form for any connected app:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Connected Apps and open the app you wish to configure.

  2. On the App Summary, tap on the Options dropdown and select the Configure App option.

  1. In the Configure App dialog that opens, simply select the Customer Onboarding Form that you wish to use for this App.

  1. Once done, tap on the Save Changes button.
