How To: View the customer's Loyalty Points at POS
When you want to tag any customer in the bill, you may require to view that particular customer's Loyalty Points, to provide the customer with the option of redeeming the loyalty points. This article tells you how to do it.
Pre-requisites
A customer with a Point Benefit Loyalty card must exist.
A valid bill tagged to the customer with a point-benefit card must exist.
Step-by-step guide
Open the POS module in GINESYS POS.
Go to Customer(or press F3)>Search Customer.
The Search Customer window will open. You can search any customer by card no, mobile no or name.
The customer list will appear below according to the search key used.
Select a customer and click on View Points.
A Point information window will open. That window will contain the Benefits information, Point information along with Card information.
Click on Close to close the Point information window.
