In the Packets to Transfer section, click on Add Packets to include the required packets.
Select the packet from the list and click on Add Selected to include it in the Goods Transfer process.
To add a packet here, you must first create a packet in the Packet module. If you are performing an Ad Hoc Goods Transfer, create an Ad Hoc Packet, and if you are generating a Goods Transfer Against Advice, create a Packet Against Advice.
Once you have selected the packet, it will appear in the Packets to Transfer list. Click on the packet to view the product details of the packed items.
After adding the header-level and packet-level details to the Goods Transfer, you can proceed with saving it.

Once you have added the header details and added the packets to be transferred, click on Continue to proceed.
Click on Continue to proceed with saving the Goods Transfer.

Click on the available options to discard, modify, or save the drafted Packet and complete the process.
Once a Goods Transfer draft is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Ensure you review the draft carefully before deleting it, as this action is irreversible.

Once you have reviewed the Goods Transfer details and the packets to be transferred, you can proceed with the final save of the Goods Transfer.
On the Review Goods Transfer page, click Confirm & Publish to finalize and complete the Goods Transfer process.
Your Goods Transfer will be saved, and you will be redirected to the Goods Transfer Summary page, where you can review the final details.
If the Goods Transfer is a Store-to-Store transfer, the destination store will receive an Advice for GRN, allowing them to inward the inventory with reference to the generated Goods Transfer.
You can print the Goods Transfer by clicking on Print Transfer to generate a copy.
Success! Your Goods Transfer has been generated successfully.
Void Goods Transfer
If there’s any issue or mistake in Goods Transfer generation, you can void the saved Goods Transfer.
Go to the Goods Transfer Summary page, click on the top-right corner options, and select Void Transfer.
Click on Void Transfer, enter the reason, add remarks, and provide the void code.
Once the Goods Transfer is voided, the packets tagged in it can be used in another Goods Transfer.

The Goods Transfer will remain in the Goods Transfer list with a Void status.
