Bulk Update of Loyalty Card Expiry via Excel Import Utility

Module: Admin > Utilities > Manage > Data Import > POS Customer

Background:
Previously, updating the expiry of loyalty cards had to be done manually, one by one, which was time-consuming for large volumes.

Enhancement:
Users can now easily bulk update the expiry dates of loyalty cards using the “POS Customer” Excel import utility, streamlining the process and saving time.

Enhancement in vendor selection via “Select Item” option

Module: Transaction Forms > Select Item

Background: Previously, when selecting vendors in the Select Item window, only vendor names were displayed. This led to confusion, especially when multiple vendors had the same name.

Enhancement: The List of Values (LOV) now includes vendor IDs alongside their names. This improvement enables users to easily differentiate between vendors with similar names, thereby reducing errors and enhancing accuracy in vendor selection.

Alert Sound Introduced for Scan Quantity Exceeding Order Limit in Delivery Challan

Module: Sales & Distribution > Operations > Packing > Delivery Challan (Against Order)

Background: Previously, in DC against order, the system did not provide any sound alert when users scanned more quantity than required. This oversight led to inefficiencies and errors.

Enhancement: The system now alerts users with a beep sound when they scan a quantity greater than required. This enhancement aims to prevent over-scanning instances, thereby improving accuracy and efficiency in the packing process.

POS license allocation is now working properly

Occasionally, updates to the user count in the POS License Allocation window did not reflect correctly after modification. This issue is now resolved.
